Thomas M. Brzezinski is one of the founding partners of WMAG William & Michael Advisor Group LLC and Jersey Insurance Solutions. He has been involved in the insurance industry for over ten years and specializes in developing client relationships that last a lifetime.
Tom is a proud husband to his beautiful wife Sarah and father to his four young children, Mason, Samantha, Jack, and Hunter. He and his wife grew up in Denville, NJ, and moved to Sparta, NJ, in 2014. He and his family thoroughly enjoy living in Lake Mohawk and being part of a lake community.
Growing up, Tom was dedicated to playing and competing in the game of Ice Hockey, which lasted from childhood straight through college. He is a respected Youth Hockey Coach passionate about teaching kids how to play the Ice Hockey game, and he loves it.
Speaking of passion – he loves to fish too. He is a passionate fisherman who truly loves the sport of bass fishing. One of his favorite things in life is to wake up early in the morning, get on the water, and catch fish! Tom created and currently operates the Lake Mohawk Fishing Club, which helps raise money to protect and improve the fishery it provides to its members.
Overall, Tom is a successful entrepreneur in the health insurance industry and a leader in many aspects of his life. Simply put, his motivation in business is to develop and keep quality relationships with all of his clients. He strives to maintain the insurance process easy, simple, and direct by providing quality education to the consumer. Tom sincerely wants to learn more about you personally, allowing your relationship with him to develop and prosper over time.

Craig W. Hansen is an insurance professional and co-founder of William & Michael Advisor Group LLC and Jersey Medicare Solutions. Craig has served his clients in many facets of the insurance industry, always with the same goal: service excellence while building solid, long-term, lasting relationships. With over a decade of experience in the insurance benefits industry, Craig’s clients know they can call on him anytime and receive platinum service with a smile.
Craig grew up in Fords, NJ. Growing up, he was very passionate about playing sports, and some of his favorites include ice hockey, skiing, golfing, fishing, and weight lifting. Craig graduated from Kean University in 2005, majoring in business management and finance. He loves spending time outdoors, being with his family, and rooting for his favorite team, the New York Rangers. He attributes much of where he is today to his family always being there for him and pushing him to be the best he can be.
Craig currently resides in Wall township NJ with his beautiful wife Kimberly and his two wonderful children, Blakelee and Austin. Craig has been taught many essential values and lessons as a young man, including honesty, pride, respect, appreciation, and hard work. These are all values he instills in his young children every day.
Craig is passionate about working hard and doing things the right way, and he begins daily with a purpose.
